Sullivan Veterinary Service has a new Pet Portal for our clients. By creating a portal, you will now be able to view upcoming appointments, view your pet information, request appointments, prescription refills, and make payments on your account. You will also be able to view when your pet is due for testing or vaccines, print vaccination certificates, and rabies certificates.
